When do you accept in-kind donations such as in-season clothing?

Please consider the season before donating clothes as we only accept the current season clothing, unless otherwise requested. Clothing donations are accepted Monday – Friday from 1 PM – 3:30 PM.

When can I walk in for assistance?

Guests can access case management Tuesday – Friday from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Case Managers help guests reach their goals and connect them to available community resources.

Who can access case management?

Paul’s Place has a wide range of programs and services geared to serve all of our guests. Our case managers will assist you in meeting your specific goal(s).

Can Paul’s Place help me get a Maryland State ID or birth certificate?

On Tuesday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM., Paul’s Place assists guests with a money order to obtain either a birth certificate or Maryland­ issued identification card. Proper documentation is required before accessing this service, please review the information below. Guests must reside in the 21230 or 21223, or the Poppleton neighborhood of 21201 zip codes or have documented verification of homelessness (i.e. shelter letter, transitional home letter, external case manager referral).

What time can I meet with a Peer Recovery Advocate?

Our Peer Recovery Advocates are available to work one-­on-­one with guests on their recovery oriented goals and are available Monday to Friday between 8 AM – 3 PM. No referral is required.
