Support Services

All programs and services are free and open to the public

  • Hot Lunch: Open to all, a well-balanced hot meal that is good to eat. Monday-Friday 11:00am-12:30pm
  • Emergency Food Box: Bring a photo ID to receive non-perishable food items. Guests may utilize this service once every two weeks. Monday-Friday 8am-11am
  • Showers: First come, first serve. We provide soap, shampoo, towels, and other shower essentials. Monday-Friday 8am-10am and 12:30pm-2:00pm
  • Laundry: We’ll wash up to two (2) loads weekly in exchange for one hour of community service done on site. Laundry must be dropped off by 8:30am Monday-Friday. 
  • Marketplace: Shop for clothing at no cost (children’s clothes too).
    • Men’s Shopping: Thursdays 10:30am-11:15pm
    • Women’s Shopping: Wednesdays 10:30am-11:15pm
    • All Genders: Fridays 10:30am-11:15pm
  • Phone and Fax: Services available Monday-Friday 8am-10am and 12:30pm-2:00pm
  • Vital Document Assistance: (birth certificates, State IDs and Social Security cards): Monday-Friday 8am-10am * limited to people experiencing homelessness and residents of 21223, 21230 and the Poppleton neighborhood of 21201. 
  • Mail Service: Guests can have mail sent to Paul’s Place. Registration is required.  (If someone doesn’t complete the mail enrollment form, we will return their mail due to not signing the permission form) Mail may be picked up Monday-Friday 8:00am-2:00pm.
