Paul’s Place #BirthdayGiveDay

Join the Paul’s Place #BirthdayGiveDay celebration – a 35 hour challenge to raise 350 gifts for food security from 12 a.m. on September 26 to 11 a.m. on September 27.

1. Give $35 for food security in Southwest Baltimore.
2. Ask 35 Facebook friends, Twitter followers, or LinkedIn connections to join you in giving.

Huff & Puff 5K & 1M: Take One More Step for Paul’s Place!

Raise money individually or empower a team to raise funds and awareness. Even though the Huff & Puff 5K & 1M is still a few months away, you can help Paul’s Place go above and beyond our fundraising goal of $50,000 by building a team, creating a custom fundraising page, and asking friends and family to sponsor your run or walk – and you can start today!

How do I create my personal fundraising page?
Simply go to everydayhero to create your personal fundraising page. Click the green “Start Fundraising” button on the right side of the page. The website will walk you through a few easy steps to name your page, set your fundraising goal, add a photo, and share your story. You will receive a “Your fundraising page is live” email confirmation from everydayhero.

How do I form a team?
Simply log in to your personal fundraising page using the link in the “Your fundraising page is live” email to create or join a team. To create your team, click on the blue “Create a new team” button on the right side of the page under your photo. Then name your team, add a photo and edit your team story, and invite friends and family to join your team using the orange “Invite Members” button. To join a team, click on the gray “Join an existing team” button on the right side of the page under your photo. Then search by one or more words in the name of the team you’d like to join, and click on the black “Join This Team” button.

Do people have to donate online? What should I do if I receive cash or checks?
Donations can be made online by credit card or by cash or check. If your donors wish to mail checks directly to Paul’s Place or you have checks to mail, please include a note that the donation should be applied towards your fundraising page and mail to: Paul’s Place Huff & Puff 5K & 1M, 1118 Ward Street, Baltimore, MD 21230. We will update your fundraising page with the donation once it is received. You can also turn in donations at the Huff & Puff 5K & 1M on Saturday, November 11, 2017 starting at 10 a.m.

How can I add my cash and check donations to my fundraising page so that my progress bar is updated?
Paul’s Place will enter all offline donations that we receive prior to the event (November 11). Once we receive them from you (see above), we will add them to your page, and you will see your progress bar move.

What if I cannot attend?
You can still help us reach our goal of $50,000! You can fundraise and donate online or ask your friends and family to send checks payable to Paul’s Place, Inc. to:
