Paul’s Place is a lifeline for our neighbors navigating challenging barriers to food, shelter, medical care, benefits, and more.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life in Southwest Baltimore. To fulfill that mission, Paul’s Place has remained a steady presence that Southwest Baltimore residents know they can rely on day after day. Your support makes stories of transformation and hope possible!

Our Impact
We welcome approximately 300 people to Paul’s Place each weekday. A variety of programs and services are offered including laundry and showers, hot lunch, case management, access to our peer recovery advocate, the computer lab (for job searching), our culinary training program, and our after-school programs at area elementary schools.
In addition, we offer our free marketplace three days a week, nursing services two days a week, and an evening meal on Thursdays.
Paul’s Place relies on volunteers to offer a wide variety of high-quality programs. Volunteers assist with many of our programs including Hot Lunch, Market Place, Dinner Service, and Food Preparation efforts. Volunteers also provide essential support through organizing clothing, toiletry and food drives.
